Neshamah/Breath of Life

In the month of October 1994 during my 40th year, I awoke at sunrise then briefly closed my eyes. Instantly I found myself out of my body and underneath the nostril of an enormous bald head. It appeared as a holographic image, and I was floating on my back underneath the nostrils. I heard a voice say, “She is ready”.

With a blast of his nostrils, the God head also known as Atika Kadisha breathed life into my body then released me. I came back to earth into the physical body, landing with a thud. The same feminine voice said to me “Take in the energy,” as the top of my head opened to allow the flow of energy to reach my feet.

Instantly I awoke and felt different, more powerful. This was the awakening of my spiritual being and the beginning of my journey of transformation.

A few days later I heard the Adam Rishon (primordial man) speaking to me from his heavenly abode these words.

Walk through the valley without fear, Climb the hills and rejoice with the word of G-d.
Fear not those that judge, nor the self-righteous.
Listen to the words of the almighty and receive his blessings for the power of his love is within you.

In the Sefer Yetzirah, the first book written on Kabbalah, are described the five levels of soul.
Yechid-Oneness, speaking a true word of Hashem, level of Moses.

Chaya-Living essence, surrounding soul (mafakim)
Neshamah-Divine soul, G-d self, higher soul integrates into the body
Ruach-Spirit, Ruach ha Kodesh, or Holy Spirit is the connection or bridge to the divine soul
Nefesh-life force or vital soul.
